Bomb scare closes FM library

A person saying there was a bomb in the Evans Library called the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday morning.

Amy Radik, FM spokesperson, said that about 8:30 a.m.the sheriff’s department received the call.The library was evacuated within minutes and the emergency servies arrived on campus. She said the college’s Incident Command Team was activated.
A bomb sniffing dog was brought in as the sheriff’s department searched the library. No threat was found and the library was reopened at 9:50 a.m.
